You can use the 2 big speakers in 550 and pair them to your laptop via Bluetooth and/or to a microphone. Mics by default are already plugged in. You just gotta turn them on using the little switch on the back. Not working? Chances are they’re not plugged into the wall then
To connect to the speakers via bluetooth, just open up bluetooth on your laptop near the speakers when they’re on. You’ll find them by their device name: V2312
The speakers around the Commons can be used for music or paused by visiting the event host dashboard for the Commons Sound System while connected to “The Commons WiFi by Meter” wifi network. More information can be found on the user guide here:
You can open up the gate and doors on the 550 side when you’re running an event on that side. CLOSE & LOCK ALL THE DOORS & GATES WHEN YOU’RE DONE
