Memberships are the primary way we financially support The Commons which operates as a bootstrapped small-medium business. It ensures we don’t have to take VC funding or rent out the space to corporate or third parties who don’t share our values.

Membership Tiers

• $135/month (yearly) – pay 12 mo upfront at $135/mo & lock in this rate monthly after
• $155/month (quarterly) – pay 3 mo upfront at $155/mo & lock in this rate after
• $200/month (monthly)

We also offer scholarships for those with significant financial hardship.

If you joined The Commons before June 2024, you have been grandfathered into your original pricing tiers, but you can change to the newest tiers using our Customer Portal.

Canceling?

Pausing?

You can pause/resume your membership at any point with our portal above.

• There is a $25/mo pause fee. You’ll retain access to our Slack and pause access to the space.
• Make sure to access the Portal via desktop — the option to pause may not show up on mobile.

Payment Changes?

If your card has been declined, please use our portal above to enter a new card.

• If your card fails multiple times and Stripe cancels your membership, we will cancel your membership.
